Thank you for visiting and shopping at REeSTORE online store. This store is run and managed by Vendo Consulting cc, company registration number: CK2002/082393/23.

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipping Policy

REeSTORE does not Export any products ie: No shipping outside of South Africa.

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock and we don't make it for any circumstances at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment or EFT.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our online store are only available for delivery to physical addresses. Orders cannot be Collected from the Pharmacy.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 5 to 10 business day of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Delivery Instructions

You can provide additional shipping instructions in the Special Instructions field when checking out on the website.

You should always provide a delivery address where there will be an appropriate person to sign for the delivery. If there is no one around to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact the recipient via telephone so that a new delivery day can be arranged.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the address. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

Damaged Items during courier

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact us immediately at:  info@reestore.co.za.

Returns

All orders are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery. Vendo Consulting cc t/a REeSTORE and the Dispensing Pharmacy do not accept returns unless a product was incorrectly dispensed or damaged in transit. Products can only be returned for credit under the following conditions:

  • In the unlikely event that goods supplied to you are incorrect or have been damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing via info@reestore.co.za within 7 days.
  • After verification, the goods should be returned to us, together with any relevant documentation in case a claim needs to be made against the Pharmacy or Courier. Upon return of the goods, a replacement will be sent.
  • If you can, please do take a photo of the damaged item as this helps our packing/courier company improve the way products are sent.
  • A reference number must be obtained from REeSTORE before goods can be returned.

Returns/refunds will not apply to goods that were delivered sealed and whose seal was removed after delivery, or to goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or for reasons of hygiene.

Made-to-order mixes made specifically for the customer are also not subject to a right to be returned.
