The Allergies mix is an easy way to take specific Schuessler salts for minor problems and are intended for everyday use.

Symptoms of hay fever include:

The nose suddenly starts running almost constantly (the secretion is thin and colorless)
Itching in the nose and throat is possible
The eyes may be red and swollen, itchy and burning
Frequent sneezing attacks are possible

The mix consist of Tissue salts that support fluid balance, mucous membranes, respiratory passages and the immune system.

CONTENTS:

300g Powder Biochemic Tissue Salts:
Calcium Phosphoricum, Calcium Sulphuricum, Ferrum Phosphoricum, Kalium Muriaticum, Kalium Sulphuricum, Natrium Muriaticum, Natrium Sulphuricum, Zincum Muriaticum, Arsenum Jodatum, Starch, mannitol, 10% lactose (milk and sugar).

Tissue Salt triturated either to the 6th or 12th decimal dilution in lactose according to German Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia.

Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.

There are no known side effects.

Safe for people of all ages to use: - including infants and the elderly.

Powders:- Safe dosages to start with are:

Adults - 1 teaspoon (5ml) once a day & increase to 3 teaspoons (15ml) a day over a three week period; then continue with 3 teaspoons a day or follow practitioners instructions.

Children 6 years and upwards can follow the adult powder dosages. - One teaspoon (5ml) once a day & increase to 3 teaspoons (15ml) a day over a three week period; then continue with 3 teaspoons a day.

Toddlers to 6yrs of age -use ¾ teaspoon (3.75ml) directly into the mouth or in a little water on a spoon and give it to them; Do this for three days then increase the dosage to ¾ teaspoon (3.75ml) three times a day over a three week period or follow practitioner’s instructions.

Infants use ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) once a day directly onto their gums or cheek or mix in a little breast milk /water on a spoon and offer or add to their milk; Do this for 3 days, then increase the dosage to ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) 3 times a day over a three week period or follow practitioner’s instructions.
